Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy is applicable only to products that we state are covered by warranty. It only applies to items with manufacturing defect and does not include damage caused by user or wear and tear.
If your item is defective upon receiving it, you will need to request for a replacement within 3 days. Buyer must produce proof of online purchase that shows that the product is purchased from us and return it with its original packaging and accessories. In such cases, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us and send you a replacement.
After 3 days of receiving the item, if your item needs repair due to a manufacturing defect, you will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to us. As we are an online store, there is no physical shop location, so your item must be shipped back to us. We will only be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.
