With its 1080p camera and 140 degrees wide angle lens, monitoring your pet has never been easier! The AI auto-tracking system captures, records your pet's feeding, eating and other playful antics. Worried about privacy? Tailor a period for camera shutdown whenever you need it! On the Petkit app, customize your pet's feeding schedule and meals dispensed for each hopper to ensure your pet's healthy diet. With its triple anti-food blockage design, the Yumshare Gemini ensures food will never get stuck while the triple fresh lock system keeps food fresh and safe for your furbaby!

Shipping & Returns

1. Standard Delivery

Orders received by 6pm on Mondays to Fridays will be shipped out by the next business day. Orders above $100 enjoy free standard delivery. Do take note that our logistics partners will deliver all orders contactlessly. 

2. Same Day Delivery

To qualify for same day delivery, your order must be received by 11am on that day. Same day delivery is only applicable on Mondays to Fridays (excluding weekends, eve of and public holidays). Same day delivery starts from $12. 

Category 1: Automatic Litter Boxes

Orders for Petkit Pura Max and Catlink Scooper SE can be delivered on the same day by our express delivery logistics partner. A delivery fee of $22 applies. 

Please place a separate order should you wish to purchase other items (as they do not qualify for same day delivery).

Same day delivery for automatic litter boxes cannot be combined with same day delivery for any other item to prevent it from being damaged.

Category 2: Pet Grooming Vacuum

Orders for Pet Grooming Vacuum (Airclipper) can be delivered on the same day by our express delivery logistics partner. A delivery fee of $15 applies.

Category 3: Others

If you require same day delivery for other items, please contact us first and provide your mobile number and postal code. Same day delivery fees vary, depending on item weight and your location, and starts from $12. We will check the courier cost for you (it will vary depending on item and location).

3. Exchange, Refund and Replacement

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturer defect
  • Product has passed its expiry date on the date received 
  • The wrong product was delivered

You will need to request for a replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. Beyond 3 days, we will not accept any requests for exchange. When we receive the item back, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.

In the event the product is out of stock, a full refund for the item will be issued.
